A requirement of a NSW Heavy Vehicle licence assessment is that the assessment is recorded.
 

The only time a licence candidate is filmed during a licence course is during the Final Competency Assessment (FCA).

The FCA is the last stage of a training program, and the RMS require assessor's record this assessment with specialised Dashcams that record GPS, audio, time, date, internal and external view.
